WHERE IS THE PABLO & KAT STORE LOCATED? We're an online-only store, which means we can connect with women across Australia and beyond. From time to time we participate in pop-up events, follow us on social media or sign up to Pablo & Kat World to be the first to know.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU MAKE? Our pieces are available in sizes 16–26. Please check individual product pages for available sizes in each style.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE? A size guide and measuring chart can be found on each product page. If you need a little extra help, reach out to us at hello@pabloandkat.com we're always happy to assist.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO? We currently ship within Australia. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE? All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations as it moves straight into processing. If you'd like to adjust your order, please wait to receive it and return it to us. Visit our Returns Policy for details, then place a new order with the correct items.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE? We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, you're welcome to return it for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that return postage is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a faulty item. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear depending on your payment provider.
