DELIVERY NOTIFICATION Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email if your order has not arrived or has been damaged in transit.
SHIPPING All Standard and Express deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. A signature on delivery is only required if requested by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to redirect deliveries once your order has been dispatched. All listed delivery times are a guide only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
